01 How I help
Plugins, themes, and the CMS itself all need updating regularly. Ignore it for too long and things start breaking or, worse, becoming a security risk. I keep on top of it, and test updates before they go live.
Regular backups of your whole site, so if anything ever goes wrong, we can roll straight back to a version that worked. Cheap insurance for something you hopefully never need.
I keep an eye on whether your site's up and running and loading quickly. If something slows down or goes offline, I'm usually onto it before you've even noticed.
Need a bit of text updated, a new image swapped in, or a price changed? Rather than finding the time to do it yourself, just send it over and I'll get it sorted.
Something acting up or not looking right? Just flag it and I'll take it from there - no need to work out what's wrong yourself.
No ticket systems or support queues - just message me directly when you need something. You'll always be dealing with someone who knows your site inside out.

03 Straight answers
Anything missing? Ask me directly and I'll give you a straight answer, not a sales one.
Small content changes, bug fixes, and general upkeep like updates and backups. Anything bigger gets scoped and charged separately, but I'll always flag that first.
I'll let you know before doing any extra work, billed at my standard hourly rate. Otherwise, on certain occasions hours can be borrowed from upcoming months.
You don't need it, but skipping updates for too long is often how small issues turn into bigger, more expensive ones.
Usually, yes. I'll take a look at your site first to check what it's built on and whether it's something I can look after properly, then we'll go from there.
Yes! It's a rolling monthly arrangement, not a long contract. Just give me 4 weeks of notice before your next billing date.
A couple of lines is plenty. I reply to everything within a working day, even if the answer is “I'm not the right fit”.
