White-label web design & development for agencies

Sometimes a project needs an extra pair of hands, not another meeting. I take on design or development work quietly, in the background, so you can say yes to more without worrying about capacity.

£30/hour flat rate, estimate agreed upfront
Under your name no credit, no contact with your client
NDA-friendly happy to sign whatever you need

01 How I work

How I approach white-label agency projects

I'll fit into the way you already work. You look after the client, and I get the work done.

What I can promise:
  • Work delivered under your name and always on time
  • An hourly estimate before anything starts, not an open-ended bill
  • Direct and regular communication with you, never your client
  • The same care I'd put into any project with my own name on it

Some of my own work

Most of my agency work is under NDA, so here's a selection of my own projects instead.

03 How it works

Four steps to bring me onto a project

Day 0

A proper chat

What the project needs, what stage it's at, and roughly how many hours we're talking about.

Within 48hrs

An estimate

A clear estimate of hours and cost. Nothing starts until you've said yes to it.

Work begins

Design or development

I get on with the work, keeping you updated at regular intervals, under your name throughout.

Handover

Back to you

Everything's handed back cleanly, ready for you to take to your client, along with anything they'd need to keep it running.

04 Straight answers

About agency work, specifically.

Anything missing? Ask me directly and I'll give you a straight answer, not a sales one.

Will my client ever know you're involved?

Not unless you want them to. Everything's delivered under your name, and I stay entirely behind the scenes.

How does billing work?

Flat £30/hour, tracked and reported clearly, with an estimate agreed before I start so you're never guessing what a project might cost. A small up-front deposit is required to begin work, with the rest cleared on handover.

What if a project needs more hours than estimated?

I'll flag it before going over, not after - so you've got the chance to check with your client if needed.

Can I use you regularly, or just for one-off overflow?

Both work! Some agencies use me for the occasional overflow project, others come back regularly and use me as their main designer/developer. I'll always be clear about my capacity and whether I can take work on.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, happy to sign whatever confidentiality agreement your studio needs before we start.

Tell me what you're trying to build.

A couple of lines is plenty. I reply to everything within a working day, even if the answer is “I'm not the right fit”.
