An ageing website turned into an online shop for digital teaching resources, books and magazines, with separate accounts for students and teachers.
01 How I work
Before jumping into complicated marketing, it's worth getting the basics right. It's often overlooked, and it's usually where the biggest wins are.
The foundations that actually matter - well-structured code, the right keywords in the right places, and page titles and descriptions that make people want to click. The basics, done properly.
If most of your customers are nearby, this is usually where the quickest wins are. I'll set up and tidy your Google Business Profile, make sure your details match everywhere you're listed, and help you show up in local searches and on Google Maps.
A proper look at what's working, what's not and what's quietly holding your site back. I go through the technical checklist so you don't have to, then come back with clear findings - not a 40-page report full of stuff you don't care about or understand.
I'll look at who you're up against and what people are actually searching for, so we go after the terms that bring in customers - people who'll get in touch or buy, not just more visitors.
Moving to a new website can wipe out years of rankings if it's done badly. I'll map your old pages to the new ones, set up the redirects and keep an eye on things after launch.
Need visuals for a marketing push - ad banners, social graphics, that sort of thing? I can design those too, so they look like part of your brand rather than bolted on.

03 Getting started
Where you stand now, who you're up against, and what you're actually hoping to achieve.
One page: scope, price, dates. Nothing starts until you've said yes to it.
I go through your site against the technical checklist, then look at your competitors and the keywords worth targeting.
You'll get clear findings in an easy-to-understand document, then regular updates as the work continues month to month.
04 Straight answers
Anything missing? Ask me directly and I'll give you a straight answer, not a sales one.
No, that's not something I do, but I know a trusted agency I've worked with for years, and I'll happily point you their way.
I go through a technical checklist covering things like site structure, keywords, best practices and performance, then send you clear findings in an easy-to-understand document.
Not directly - my focus is the technical side, like markup and keyword targeting. But my audit and keyword research will show you what kind of content you should be writing.
Either. You can start with a one-off audit to see where you stand, then decide whether you want ongoing help. SEO isn't really a "set and forget" thing, so most of my SEO work runs monthly, with regular check-ins.
Honestly, it varies. Technical fixes can make a difference within a few weeks, but building rankings properly usually takes a few months. Anyone promising page one by next week is selling you something.
A couple of lines is plenty. I reply to everything within a working day, even if the answer is “I'm not the right fit”.
